Sveiki
Nesenai įsigijau volvo s60 benzinas 103kw, neilgai pasidžiaugiau. Volvukas pradėjo kvailioti, važiuojant išmeta avarinį rėžimą, apsukos ribojamos iki 3k netraukia masina, atleidus akseleratorių apsukos pačios kyla iki 3k.
Užgesinus variklį ir po 20 min užkūrus viskas pasitaiso, kartais klaidos pačios dingsta.
Pasiskaitęs jūsų forumą nusprendžiau, kad kalta bus ETM droselinė sklendė, bet patikrinus sklendę gedimų neaptikta.

Atlikus diagnostika kompiuteris randa tokias klaidas:

ECM-620A IDLING SPEED 620A

ECM-980F MANIFOLD ABSOLUTE PRESSURE (MAP) SENSOR. FAULTY SIGNAL 12

ECM-903F ELECTRONIC THROTTLE MODULE (ETM). INTERNAL FAULT (Sklendė buvo pastatyta ant stendo veikia gerai, išardžius rastas vienas pantenciometras labai mažai padilęs, meistrai tikino kad dėl tokio padilimo įtakos darbui neturi)

ECM-9150 ENGINE CONTROL MODULE (ECM). INTERNAL FAULT, FAULTY SIGNAL (Buvo atjungtas akumuliatorius pagal manuala)

Gal kas yra susidūręs su tokia problema, lauksiu atsakymo iš karto dėkoju.

1. Atnaujinta ar neatnaujinta ECM/ETM programa (galima patikrinti su DICE. Galima atnaujinti tik turint dylerio accesą: Sostena, etc.)
2. Visi gedimų kodai tarpusavyje susiję ir ETM-ECM-MAF-MAP "nesusikalbėjimą". Didžiausia tikimybė MAF arba ETM. Pažįstamas užvakar keitė MAF, nes po plovimo visai numiro. Rezultato dar nežinau.

ECM-620A IDLING SPEED 620A
Possible source
Idle speed too high:
-Air leakage in the intake system.
-Throttle is sticking or is blocked (e.g. oil film, dust, icing).
-Blocked crankcase ventilation or positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) nipple.
-Clogged or dirty oil sump.

Idle speed too low:
-Blocked intake system.
-Blocked exhaust system.
-Throttle is sticking or is blocked (e.g. oil film, dust, icing).
-Blocked crankcase ventilation or positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) nipple.
-Clogged or dirty oil sump.

ECM-980F MANIFOLD ABSOLUTE PRESSURE (MAP) SENSOR. FAULTY SIGNAL 12
Possible source
Faulty signal:
-the exhaust camshaft has jumped off the cogs
-air leak downstream of the mass air flow (MAF) sensor
-defective manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensor
-defective mass air flow (MAF) sensor
-defective engine control module (ECM).

ECM-903F ELECTRONIC THROTTLE MODULE (ETM). INTERNAL FAULT
Possible source
Signal missing:
-low power supply to the electronic throttle module (ETM) (loose terminals or contact resistance in the terminals, low system voltage)
-Damaged CAN cables.
-Disruptions on CAN signal cables.
-defective electronic throttle module (ETM).

Signal too high: Software not upgraded.
-Incorrect software in Engine control module (ECM) or Electronic throttle module (ETM).
-Low voltage feed to electronic throttle module (loose connections or contact resistance in connections, low system voltage).
-Damaged CAN cables.
-Disruptions on CAN signal cables.
-Loose connections or contact resistance in connections to CAN-net.

Signal too high.Upgraded software.
-Incorrect software in Engine control module (ECM) or Electronic throttle module (ETM).

ECM-9150 ENGINE CONTROL MODULE (ECM). INTERNAL FAULT, FAULTY SIGNAL
Possible source
-Low voltage feed to throttle module (loose connections).
-Poor ground connection to electronic throttle module.
-defective electronic throttle module (ETM).

Labas ArturasJo ,ačiū už info.
Reikės nuvažiuoti į sostena, kad atlikti diagnostika.Dėl maf kiek suprantu turėtu būti pastovus apsukų plaukiojimas, o pas manęs atleidus akseleratorių vėl pati gazuojasi iki 3k. ETM buvau nuvežęs į UAB "LIBEMA" jie restauruoja tokias sklendes, gedimų neaptiko.
